Full Plume Package

This package is perfect for the busy couple who needs help making their wedding day vision come to life! We also provide wedding day mangament on the big day.

Package Cost: $3500.00 Design + Wedding Day Management

Services Included

Package: Full Plume Package

Planning:

FPE as a resource for the couple, available by phone or e-mail
Informational e-mails sent to couple to aid in all their planning needs
Initial meeting to get to know couple and plan design outline
Creation of detailed design plan to curate couple's vision and guide decision making
Sorcing vendors and elements related to the wedding design
Contact every 1-3 months to keep the couples design planning on track
Touching base with design vendors as needed
Attending vendor meetings
Final meeting with couple to ensure all details are in place
Checking in with all vendors at least 1 month prior to wedding + the week of
Creating a timeline for your day
Confirming arrival times with all vendors
Confirming and sending copies of timeline to pertinent vendors (DJ, Photographer, Caterer)
Sending the ceremony order notes to pertinent vendors (DJ, Photographer, Videographer)

Peacock Package

This is a day-of package for the couple who has their day planned and needs someone to ensure all their details come together on the day of. We are there from set-up to clean-up. An assistant may need to be added to this package if ceremony & reception sites are different.

Package Cost: $1700.00 Wedding Day Management

PeaHen Package

This package is for the couple who has everything planned and needs help over the main part of the day. This package ends after dinner and dancing begins. It does not include clean up. An assistant may need to be added to this package if ceremony & reception sites are different.

Package Cost: $1500.00 Wedding Day Management (no clean-up)

This package is designed to help make your wedding beautiful! We will design your guest tables, guest book stations, lounge areas etc and then set-up them up and tear them down. We will make your event look amazing!

Package Cost: $1500.00 Design/Styling Package (+ expenses)

Feather package

This package simply includes set-up and clean-up of all your important details (guest book, favors, remembrance tables, guest tables, etc.)

Event Pricing

Full Plume Event Package

This package includes planning and coordinating for your event. We will come along side you from the beginning and help with theme, location, menu and décor recommendations and sourcing. We will also attend your event and ensure it runs smoothly and you get to enjoy it!

Package Cost: $1000.00 Planning and Event Day Management (+ expenses)

Peacock Package

This package includes coverage on the day of your event so you can enjoy it! We will come in and set-up your décor etc and then ensure everything you have planned goes smoothly. We will also help with clean-up.

Package Cost: $350.00 Event Day Management

Peacock Wrangler Package

This package is for your furry friend! Our experienced handlers will ensure your pup is present and safe for your wedding party photos and/or ceremony.

Package Cost: $250.00 Basic package if for 2 hours on wedding day, can add time as needed.
