Day-of-Coordinating Package (no planning included)

Communication (included for all packages)

• Getting to know you both through e-mail/phone calls 
• Understanding your vision for the day
• Finalizing your timeline for the ceremony and reception
• Answering any questions
• Providing a timeline of services so you know what to expect
• Meeting with the couple 4-6 weeks before the wedding 
• Check-in with vendors 2-4 weeks prior to wedding 

Rehearsal Night (included for all packages)

• Answering any questions about the processional, recessional, and ceremony
• Helping to keep things on task
• Facilitating a run-through of the ceremony (as needed) 

Wedding Day

• Ensuring everyone is where they need to be
• Directing your party and guests and answering any questions 
• Confirming setup is complete based on your specifications (tables, chairs, ceremony location, etc.)
• Centerpiece setup, ceremony décor setup, décor setup including guest book station, remembrance tables, escort cards, etc
• Directing and welcoming vendors as they arrive, drop off  and set-up      
• Executing your timeline so the day flows seamlessly (checking in with DJ, caterer, and other vendors as needed)
• Helping the photographer gather people for photos as needed
• Checking in with the couple, party, and family during the cocktail hour and reception 
• Making sure the couple eats, drinks, and enjoys themselves throughout their day!
• Troubleshooting any day-of problems
• Facilitating a send-off (if needed) 
• Clean up any decorations and help pack up items at the end of the night (full day only) 
• Distribute tips/payments to vendors (optional)
• Survival kit 

Half-Day Package (Ceremony Only): $750+

Full-Day Package (Ceremony & Reception): $950+

*add-on pricing is dependent upon set-up intricacy and the need for an assistant 

*add-on planning services are billed separately at $45/hr

 

Wedding Planning + Coordination Package (some planning included) 

Planning services can include vendor recommendations, timeline planning, event design, attending vendor meetings, and much more! This would complement your own planning. You still choose a day-of package to complete your needs. 

 

These services will be billed at a rate of $45/hr. 

 

 

 

Comprehensive Package: wedding planning from start to finish (we do it all!) 

This would include all aspects of wedding planning: booking and executing every detail with your input and style in mind. We will tailor your wedding to your personality and budget, and ensure you have exactly the day you envision! 

 

This service will be billed at $50/hr (planning) + a deluxe day-of coordinating package starting @ $1,000. 

 

Event

Day-of-Coordinating (no planning included) 

• Events include: showers (bridal and baby), birthday parties, anniversary parties, corporate events, and photo shoots.

  Day-of Coordinating - $30/hr

• Setup and clean-up of décor, tables, chairs, etc.
• Work with the caterer and any other vendors before, during, and after the event
• Managing and executing your timeline for your event
• Assisting guests, host, and guest(s)-of-honor during the event

Event Planning + Coordinating (some planning included) 

Planning services can include vendor recommendations and bookings, timeline planning, event design, and much more!

These services will be billed at a rate of $30/hr. This would complement your own planning. 

Day-of services billed at the same hourly rate. 

 

Comprehensive Event Planning (we do it all!) 

This would include all aspects of event planning: booking and executing every detail with your input and style in mind.

This service for event planning will be billed at $50/hr (planning) + $500 for day-of coordinating and setup and clean-up services (up to 7 hours). 

 

Rental Items

Wedding bookings for day-of coordinating will receive 50% off all rental item prices and one free item.

Event bookings for day-of coordinating will receive 25% off all rental item prices and one free item.
